HELP...This is SO VERY embarassing!!!

Okay so I threw up for the first time last night   and peed in my pants at the sametime...WTH. So I think I must need to pee and tried and nothing; took off my underwear and then another round came and this time as I threw up I peed on the bathroom floor. THIS MUST BE THE JOYS OF PREGNANCY, that I have heard so much about.   My only saving grace is that I was at home, but what if this had happened at work. Has anyone else had this or a similar embarrassing problem? Any suggestions on what to do if this happens at work.

Wear panty liners. Your due on my birthday!

i'm still throwing up at 33wks so its happened to me quite a few times. I actuallt threw up and pooped my pants at the same time once   now THAT was embarressing!!! I spent most of my first trimester sitting on the toilet with a bucket to puke in because it would come out both ends nearly every single time.

Carry a large ziplock bag in your purse for work. Sit on the toiler instead of praying to the porcelain.

Just wait till your really pregnant. You'll pee anytime you sneeze, cough, or laugh

haha.. i did that for the first time a couple of weeks ago... IN THE MCDONALDS PARKING LOT... WITH A BUNCH OF FRIENDS. i sat out in my car and cried. luckily, they were all really good friends who already had kids, but, moral is, thats normal.. and i do it quite often now.. when we go out i wear a pad just in case.. lol.

we just moved into a new apartment the other day and it was before we did our report on what worked and what didnt.
I was sitting on the couch and just got done with 2 sandwhichs when I got sick and ran to the sink

and just my luck the one thing in the apartment to end up not working is the garbage disposal
 


and when I first got pregnant I threw up a whole dozen of donut holes and glass of orange juice in a public parking lot with my ass hanging out of my too small pants.

I was blowing dough out of my nose all day after as well

I am right there with ya! I peed a lot during my vomiting episodes...most of the time right on the bathroom floor! Ugh...my husband thought it was hilarious, so I got over the embarrassment pretty quickly. I am a SAHM, so I never had to deal with the work thing...here's to hoping you will get past this point quickly! Good luck!

barf in a bag / trash can pee in the potty

I peed in stop and shop. I was carrying something down an aisle, and all of a sudden had to sneeze. Out came the pee. It wasn't bad enough to worry that someone could tell so I finished my shopping and changed when I got home. haha

I luckily have not peed on myself.
if anything there is so much pressure I cant fully empty
 

It happened to me all the time while I was preggo..I would sit on toilet and puke in a trash can. At work though they had the trash cans that were mounted to the wall. After a few times of having to leave to change, I just started wearing depends while at work...it's embarrassing, but not as embarrassing as peeing on myself at work. I work in a prison, so peeing on myself in front of prisoners would have been horrifying.

I just had to say that story was hilarious Cancer! But, I think it's pretty safe to say that any pregnant woman will puke/pee at the same time. It's just one of the many joys of pregnancy that they never tell you about! My husband thinks it's hilarious everytime I sneeze because he knows that I make a b-line to the bathroom to change my panty liner. *rolls eyes*Work with it girl, it's not goin' away! It'll only get worse as the babygets bigger! I've been doing this little sneeze/pee thing since I was about 6 weeks pregnant!

I was sitting with my husband and one of my close guy friends on a couch when I was about 36 weeks. We were using a fetal monitor to find my son's heart beat when out of nowere I start peeing and what is worse is I didn't feel any urge to pee or any moment to stop it, it just started streaming out..and got all over everyone

my SO was nice enough to take a plunger to it for about an hour.
I couldnt bare to look at what I had done.
and he knew I would be even more embarrassed if matenance had to come for me.

and BTW its very possible to get a full donut hole out of a nostril so keep it in mind for all mommies when it comes to things that fit up kids noses
