14 and pregnant?

Im really scared that im pregnant and not too sure of what i should do. i live with my grandmom and i was planning on telling her that i was pregnant with the father which is my boyfriend. But then my ex boyfriend called my house on day and told my grandmom himself just because i wouldnt talk to him. Which i was really mad about because i wanted to tell her myself. But i understand where he was coming from because he told me that the reason why he did that was because he wanted me to go to a doctor and get the right vitamins that i need. I got over that. And then the hard part was convincing my grandmom that it was better for me if i keep it. And my mom understood where i was coming from and she told me she would support me with whatever choice i decide to make. I wanna keep it. I know its going to be hard for me. The father says he will be there every step of the way but im not sure if i can count on that and i really want to because i dont want my baby growing up without a dad like i did. Its not pleasent and he knows how that feels because he grew up without a dad also. So I went to a family planning doctor and they gave me a professional test and gave me information and everything like that. i didnt go to a doctor yet because my mom is trying to figure all that stuff out for me but i did go to target and get prenatal vitamins, i was told they are the same thing the doctor gives you. I need some advice and help!
