yeah, I put my test date at 7dpo. I know it's too early to test, but I'll be testing anyway. I have my 100-pack of HPTs, so I don't feel too guilty about wasting a few. :-D

today my mom said she *has a feeling* that I'm pg. I told her I'm in the middle of my period, but she said she just *has that feeling*, so I take that as a good sign. She's always right!

I had a "natural" m/c. Just felt like I was gonna bleed, went to the toilet and *whoosh* out it came. I scooped the sac and baby out and went to the hospital. They recommended a D&C to make sure everything was out, so I let them do that. They knocked me out for it, thankfully. I stayed in the hospital overnight and bleeding stopped immediately. The pain was another story (after the D&C), but I'm still glad I went with the D&C. It was just over so much quicker.

I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I don't know how I would ever be able to make a decision to terminate, even for a medical reason. That's so hard. I hope you get your sticky baby soon!

I'm kinda scared of u/s too now! My dr. tried to tell me I was having an ectopic 'cause I went in too early for an u/s and she didn't see anything. In the end, everything was fine. On the day of my 4th u/s (@ 7w), we saw the heartbeat and then 8hrs later, same day, I lost it. Next time, I'm gonna wait before scheduling my first appointment, until like 10-12 weeks.

I never imagined it either. It was a really tough choice, but it was the right one. She really didn't have a chance. Turner Syndrome has a 1% survival rate, and that not in cases where there is already a strain on the heart at 12 weeks. I couldn't put my family through a late loss if she managed to hang on for a couple of months longer.
But I'm pregnant again now! Just 4 weeks and hoping for much better luck

I'm sorry  . That must have been heart breaking!
I haven't decided what to do this time round. Part of me wants an earlier scan around 7, but part just wants to wait until 12 weeks. He's either going to be healthy or he's not. Seeing on the screen isn't going to make any difference. I guess I'll see what the midwife has to say.

I guess when you put it that way mine was natural too...I woke up in a puddle of fluid and when I went down to the bathroom the baby was laying in my pad so it passed on it's own...plenty came out on its own too but I wanted to be safe and have the d&c and now I'm glad I did
