Quoting Lisa Victoria: Has anyone used this for back pain? Not the patches, but the actual cream. I've never heard anyone say ... [snip!] ... It is above my lower back but under my shoulder blades if that makes sense.. it is like a dull aching and a pain all at once.

Quoting **Jaiden's Mommy**: I'm a biofreeze user and posted this same question....after a consensus on BG and their own website ... [snip!] ... Have you tried alternating hot and cold compresses? Heat needs to limited tho. My OB said 5 min max at a time on a low settingOh man, lol ok then maybe not. I could send DH to the store to get some. Yeah the hot and cold didn't do too much to help and neither did a pain reliever. I've never had back issues so if I ever did before I could use icy hot and it usually worked pretty quick.
