Safe to travel?

Hi. I am on my eight week and I wasn't sure if it's safe to travel during the first trimester. They say you have to be very careful on your first trimester... We are planning to go to Cabo San Lucas just for a weekend... Thanks guys! I hope everybody is doing well.

2 weeks ago I flew to Philly and back and was ok. A friend of mine also went on her honeymoon to Mexico around 8 or 9 weeks and she was fine too. Im sure you will be ok. Good Luck! Enjoy your trip!

Yep. I flew during my first trimester with both pregnancies and I'll be flying here in my second trimester shortly. Just keep your doctor aware of your plans.

Thanks guys...   I won't be too worried anymore. This is my first pregnancy that's why I'm very careful...  

I've actually travelled more in this pregnancy than ever for some reason. Trips just kept popping up on me. I live in New Jersey and at 5 weeks I flew to Arizona. Then at 10 weeks I flew to Ohio. At 20 weeks I flew to Florida and then cruised to the Bahamas. At 23 weeks I flew to Missouri and then drove 3 hours to Illinois then 3 hours back to Missouri. I have had no complications thusfar and my doctor approved all that travel so long as I got up and stretched my legs to keep the circulation flowing. Hopefully you will not have a problem.

I flew to NM when I was like 10 weks or soemthing like that. Just drink lots of fluids, and get up to let your blood circulate better.
