Infected Belly Button?

So, tonight, when I was getting Aubrey ready for bed, we noticed that her belly button was a little red. We kinda looked at it, pulled it a little, and it looks like it is red and inflamed a little. It isn't bleeding, and she doesn't act like it is causing her any pain. She is almost 7 months old, her umbilical cord part fell off at about 3 weeks, no problem. No bleeding, no nothing, and we haven't had a problem before. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas or if it had happened to anyone else's LO's???

Sometimes it gets irritated from them poking at it! Or certain clothes.

Yeah, it might be that. I don't know. It just happened in a couple of hours. Her diaper changing from earlier, didn't notice anything. Then, just a couple hours later, it was red. Hmmm.... I guess I will just keep my eye on it.
