MMAH Weight Loss and Fitness

Ok all you March Moms At Heart! Here it is the thread that hopefully will kick us into gear! Introduce yourself and put (if brave enough) your weight now, your goal weight, and a picture of your body now! I am thinking we should do weekly pictures just like we did with our tummy's when we were preggo! If you want you can do measurements too!

I hope we can all achieve our goals!!

Goal weight and size: 150 lbs size 10-12 (I haven't been that weight/size since I was 18!)

ETA: Forgot to add my diet plan. As far as eating, I think I already eat pretty balanced meals. But I do want to try to walk at least three times a week and do yoga on the weekends (I used to teach yoga so it'd be nice to get back into it)

Here is what I look like in the clothes I use to work out in.



My plan is to eat like I use to, i.e. actually cook healthy things, drink more water. Work out daily like I use to, probably start off walking, swimming, some weight lifting, and yoga.
