The ex got served with child support papers! He goes to meet with CS on October 22nd. SOOOOOOO excited. Paying my bills will be a lot easier now.

I'm naming my son Christian. I love the name. I am due in Feb but I am having the hardest time finding a middle name to flow with it but the name Christian stays!...lol

My Sperm Donor did the same thing, TIRED to get me pregnant, SUCCESSED, thought it was a girl, found out it was a boy and wanted nothing to do with him. My son is 7 yrs old and would see the bastard and couldn't tell you who he is. Then we haven't seen him in 2yrs, talked to him last year and he makes random calls once a year to lie to my son saying he love him and will come to pick him up but NO LUCK! I got tired and told him to go away and stay away bc he is not allowed to play with my childs emotions that way. My son has two Uncles in the Military and a Loving Grandfather, he does very well without that deadbeat. Its not easy but I in this case I am more than happy to be a single mother.

Wow. I filed in June, so she was 3 months old. I don't know if they'll let me claim all the way back to her birth because he left before she was born or if they'll take it from June forward.. OR if they'll go by the fact that they reopened the case in September. Not really sure.

My son is 6 and his father hasn't paid a dime in 6 years. BUT if I can get DD's father to help with HER bills, that frees up some of MY money to spend on my own bills and my son. I've wanted to start giving him an allowance for SOOO long, but I literally have been using savings just to pay my bills because all of my income goes to DD right now.   But now that things are looking up, maybe I can start.

So yesterday was my daughters birthday(she's finally two, yay!!) and we went to her other grandmothers house because she got her a present..well long story short my kid was going up and down the stairs in her house with my sister helping her and my sperm donor just squeezes past them, like bumps into them, and doesn't say excuse me/hi/happy birthday. He doesn't say smurf to her, he's such a ass! I'm SO glad she doesn't give two smurfs about him -_-

I can't wait until he moves away.

THIS is why I think men should have to carry fetuses also. It's like they get the option of not caring one freaking bit about their kid(s). Granted there are some crazy women out there who are totally fine with leaving their kids too, but it seems like there are more men who are good with it than women.

here they go all the way back to birth if BD and i got along and he helped with her for 2years then stopped and i took him for CS he would have to pay back CS from the day she was born! thats why its good for you to do it thru the courts well it is for the guy

Interestingly enough, Georgia is a mother's rights state when it comes to babies born out of wedlock. However, if your dumbass waits to file for CS like I did with my first child, they go by the date you filed for it. So DS was born in 2006, but I filed in 2010, and I'm almost certain that I can't claim CS back to date of birth. However, I don't know if that's the law or up to a judge's discretion. But then again, DS' father is nowhere to be found so I doubt it'll ever come up.

TN is a mother state too and they are harder on the CS (aleast compared to OH) thats crazy that they dont go back i filed as soon as i got my daughters SSN took her for a DNA (i knew the results but he denied her) and now we go to court im waiting to see if his wife comes but i believe that she doesnt know DD is his i think he lied to her and said the test was neg! talk about an ass
