some women do use the CS for themselves im not saying you do because im sure you dont ! but there are women who do and men like to claim that so they have an excuse get child support your daughter needs it i actually sold a couple gift cards like a bath and body works one soo i could get diapers! keep all of your reciepts to show them everything youve bought and he wont have anything because he wont help you btw paying rent and electric and gas is for your daughter not just you she needs a roof over her head lights and air/heat and a ride to her doctors and everything he sounds like a cheap SOB who doesnt care about his child

Oh, I get the whole some women use it for themselves.. my boyfriends ex wife is like that. she refuses to work so my boyfriend pays $800 a month for one kid. She has 3 other kids.. His son gets all the hand-me downs from her other son and he always looks like a homeless kid getting of the plane. one time he had shoes from his brother. He no lie, looked like a clown. they were like 3 sizes too big.
BUT, my boyfriend has absolutely no problem with it. I think I'm more mad about it then him. Shes just soo selfish. Shed rather live with no money then work because she doesnt want it to be lowered.
I just dont get it, ALL my money besides rent and stuff goes to my daughter.
Hes just selfish.

As long as the kid is being taken care of it shouldnt matter what the cs is being used on. For me its all one big pot

well, his son doesnt have glasses because his sister step on them and he NEEDS them for school, but she wont pay the $80 to pay for them.
He also got off the plane last time in his brother shoes 3 sizes too big, looking like a clown.

Thats the problem. He DOESNT get what he needs and thats what bothers me.. I know it goes to food/rent/utilities and my boyfriend is happy to pay it, but his son should be taken care of not her other children first.

Need advice on whether I should file harrassment charges on my BD or not  

He constantly texts me and calls me, right now, he's done called me 17 times in a row, and that's only tonight. Some nights it'll get up to 80+ in a row.

He's always telling me how much of a "big mistake" I'm making by ignoring him, telling him that me not answering his texts is considered keeping the twins from him (I've told him multiple times he can come see them WHENEVER), he claims he wants to talk to the twins on the phone (they're two) but once I answer the phone he NEVER says anything about the twins. I'm going to talk to a lawyer on monday, but this is just ridiculous.

Only thing is, if I go file a harrassment report, they'll send out a warrant for his arrest. I don't know if that's going to extreme, but I just really want him to stop bugging me. The only time he needs to talk to me is to set up a time/weekend to come down and visit with the twins.

Have you said he can see the twins whenever he wants in the form of text? It's always good to have these things in black and white for the courts. Also, if you send him a text saying "Please cease all further contact with me that is not regarding setting up a time to come see the twins. If you do not, I will consider this harassment and contact the authorities."

Then you're covered legally in case this crap continues. And I agree it's kind of extreme to have him arrested, but it's also extreme that he's texting you 80+ times a day.

I have texted him something along the lines of that. It's somewhere in all of the texts that he sends me, I have an iPhone, so I'd have to go back and dig through all of the text messages that he has sent me since then to find it.

I will be a single mom in 27 weeks or so, but I just don't know how I will be able to deal. I mean I'm sure I can do it, it's just that I have the desire to have a two-parented family instead of a single. It makes me pretty sad now when I think about it and I honestly think it's causing me a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. I need advice on how to cope. Any suggestions?? Breathe. Always a good place to start. And we all wanted two parent households for our kids. You just have to think about what's best for your child. Is BD (baby daddy) worth stressing over? Just remember without him in the picture, you get all the love your child has to offer. You don't have to share. You get to make all of the decisions. What to name the child, what diapers to use, what diaper rash cream to use, when to start solids, whether to formula or breast feed, whether to make her room pink or purple.. Or his room blue or red. It's all about you and what you want. And your baby's eyes looking up into yours will be all the reminder you'll need that it's totally worth every moment that you struggle to give them the life they deserve.
