I'm not attracted to men of other races. I love my husband and I love the way he looks. I'm not saying if for some reason we split up that I wouldn't be open to a relationship with someone outside of my own race but I think we made a beautiful child together and it's kind of annoying when I see people going around saying "mixed babies are the cutest!". It's all a matter of personal choices I guess.

I was expecting the same reaction when I put up my opinion earlier in this thread. But I'm glad someone has the same views as me, lol!

Hey, I'm white. I've dated hispanics, whites, and blacks, and even a mixed boy.

My current boyfriend (and baby's father) is black, and so our baby will be mixed.
A lot of my friends here at school are like "Oh your baby will be so cute". I don't think it has anything to do with race though, they just think me and my BF are hot. ;) lol. jk jk.

Umm, we also learned in our anthropology and sociology classes that biologically there is no such thing as race, race is made up because someone didn't appreciate the differences in skin color. Biologically we are all just human, and skin color just depends on the melanin in your skin.

My best friend is mixed and he is about the same color as me, but his little brother is almost as dark as my BF. It just depends, it has nothing to do with race at all.

So YAY for interracial couples.

I know what you mean; in my area of FL there is only like two boys I've ever met who were white that dated black girls.
Both instances the girls weren't really "ghetto" like some of the other girls around our area either, they were preppy cheerleaders and part of the IB program and stuff. It just depends on the people's personalities and what they are interested in I guess.
