I'm hoping that maybe once DH is gone I'll get to go out twice a month. I know my parents will keep an ear on the kids, I've just got to ask. DH doesn't like to go out to the bar or anything so he's no fun to go out with and he doesn't like me going out with just my sisterb/c the last time I went out I got too drunk so I don't go out without him (and leave him home with the kids). Eh, I'm not too worried about it.

Oh, movie review time! Took Alex to see Ice Age 3 yesterday. We liked it. It did have a few scary parts (Alex was on my lap for a while) but all in all, we give it an A

I loved Ice Age 2, thought it was hilarious, so I'd like to see IA3

Everyone screws up and gets too drunk sometimes... Doesn't mean it has to happen EVERY time, so I think you should be able to go out without DH if you feel like it- especially if he's a downer AND you need a babysitter!

It'll be good to have the freedom to go out a bit more often, hopefully it happens for you!

K, off to MIL's for the afternoon. BBL!

I would love to do colth but I hate doing my regular laundry let alone adding more. If mom would do the regular then I would start cloth diapering .
Guess I am just lazy, although it might just get me to potty train Sophia a whole lot quicker. LOL

try doing them while your driving
I alwsys find they are better while I am sitting.
Actually I am not allowed to do them for a whle anymore, my doc said that I do them to much and he had trouble doing my yearly last december at my post partum cause the muscles where too tight.Whatever that means. Guess that is whay i only takes a few pushes each time. I have been doing them since I was 14 though guess that helped.

hmm, driving... that's an idea.
My biggest problem with kegels is that I forget to do them. Always. My midwife said, "easy trick, just do them every time you breastfeed!" but then I didn't. And still don't. I don't remember until lousy times, like I'm almost asleep or whatever.

Ash is still on the Parents Choice and doing great. I've also slowly taken him off Zantac. Every once in awhile he'll still need it though!

Hello everyone. I am absolutely exhausted. I am at my mom's waiting for SO to pick me and Aurora up. I got 2 hrs of sleep last night because i simply could not fall asleep. I think I am stressing about going going back to work. I dont know why but it truly is getting to me. I only have 2 set shifts!

Also, tomorrow morning we are leaving for Vermont to visit my Dad, stepmom and sisters. I am excited but a bit stressed about the trip. Last time we went A was a newborn and my little sisters really stressed me out because they just wanted to smother her and wake her up from naps and be around me 24/7 when i was feeding her and trying to get her to sleep. I couldnt bother to tell them to go away since we only see them like 2-3 times a year. I know this time will be much less stressful because A is older, and I am over the 'new mommy anxiety." We wont be back until the 10th, which is my birthday by the way, and we have a wedding to go to on the 11th. I start work on the 13th.

Today is Dan's last night at this restaurant. I am nervous about finances because we are in a state of transition. Who knows when we will get our next paychecks? it could be 3 weeks. You can not collect tips while training. So i will get paid minimum wage for about a week or so. grr...

Yay for a tiny bit of going out time! But boo @ DH getting home late, at least he knows he's in for it again if he does it again lol.

Got almost 11 hours sleep last night   Sure, I was woken up every 3-5 hours but still. Thank god for FIL coming over to visit around 8am. I made SO get up and answer the door, he took Toby and I slept from then till 11.

Toby is now crawling properly, towards everything he shouldn't have - the heater (he tried crawling OVER SO's legs just to get to it), SO's coffee, SO's toast etc.

Yeah, that'd be enough to keep me up all night, too! Working, SO switching jobs, no idea on finances coming in for the next month-ish.... Sorry this is happening all at once! definitely not fun!

Did you decide to stick with the job you were already offered, or switch to where Dan is working?

Have fun at your dad's place! Hopefully your sisters will be a bit less clingy now that she's older and more like a grown up baby, not a fresh newborn. And that sucks about minimum wage, at least it's only for a few weeks. Even though that's still bad, it'd suck a billion times worse if it was all you got, ever. How much is minimum wage there?
