Luckily mine have always been really fast, just a few contractions. And spontaneous pushing is unreal huh? Like a freight train! I always think its SO weird when I watch hospital birth videos and they have to tell the ladies... Ok now hold you knees and hold your breath and PUSH 12345678910... I'm like WTF?? When I had to push, I KNEW I had to push and there was NOTHING I could do to stop it! I was pushing, like it or not. LOL
