How are you supposed to be okay when your husband just comes home from lunch and tells you he wants a divorce and he's signing over parental rights to his son??!! I cant stop fucking crying. IDK what to do, my son's screaming his head off. He's 10 1/2 months, but he's sooooo attatched to his daddy. We're moving back from Hawaii, I leave on Tuesday, but our stuff won't be there. I'm so freaking scared and upset. someone please talk to me.- He's gone as fdar as having his sargent take me to the ariport Tues. because "he wants nothing to do with me".

Hes cheating on you. Garaunteed. Thats the only reason hed want to cut you off like that. He "thinks" hes found something better. With no strings attached. This exactsame thing happend to my SIL last oct.. She was 6 months pregnant and her husband came home from a "business trip" and told her he didnt love her and wanted a divorce. He came running back to her after the other girl wanted nothing to do with him.

WTF!!! wow. I am so sorry. He shouldn't of locked you out of the house.

He would enver cheat on me. I'm not saying that because I'm nieve, but because he's never been that guy. And I know he won't ever be. I just don't understand this. I know he's going through a hard time, but that's not between us.

I don't know if it will make you feel any better but I'm pretty sure he can't sign over his parental rights just because he wants too.

Things havent been rocky since I was pregnant.

And yeah, he shouldn't have locked me and Camryn out of the house. I'm not sure what's going on with him. I just really cant stop crying. I've been crying for like two hours straight now.

I think in a divorce he can, but I'm not sure. I don't know why he would ever want to do that. He was playing with him just this morning all fine and dandy.

Aw I am so sorry. That blows my mind! Is he even allowed to sign his rights to his child away? I mean I know people do it when someone wants to adopt but how can abandoning your child be legal? That's what he wants to do is abandon the poor baby! It's one thing to leave the mother of your children, no offense, but you have to be a real piece of shit to leave your child too. Shame on him.
