HeartBurn Question....

So everytime i get hearburn, i notice that my baby gets the hiccups, or at least thats what i think they are. It worries me, cause this is my first baby and i get heartburn at least 3 times a day or minutes..sometimes hours at a time. is this normal? The baby getting hiccups when i get heartburn... cause my throat is on fire and these damn Tums are not helping!! thanx!

Yea thats what i've been doing, drinking milk... and it helps. Just wondering if the hiccups are common with the heartburn

yes its normal, at least for me it was! nothing helped only staying away from citrusy or greasy foods =/

Thanks girl. I was worry about the hiccups.. i want this kid out already.. im sure not going to miss these heartburns!

yea momma i know it sucksssss bad! good luck tho after that baby is out your gonna feel back to normal. i remember i couldnt eat anything i wanted to cuz i got gastritis towards the end for eating crap i wasnt suppose to eat anyways! good luck tho! time will fly!

I had bad heartburn during my pregnancy and my OB prescribed me Prevacid..... I took it during my last 5 months and it did wonders...

Oh, sorry. I have no clue. I actually have never felt mine have hiccups that I know of. I have heard them on our heart monitor.
