Fisher Price Pack N Play Recall

Did anyone send in their information to return this item and get a refund? I submitted my info back in January and still haven't heard anything back.

Just curious which one is it? Because i wanted the Animals of the Rainforest one, but cant find it anywhere. Was that it??

I got an e-mail with a label to print off to send the sides in, which I did, and nothing so far. It's been forever.

It was the rainforest.

Like the green one with the little lion and monkey & changing table?

They only made one rainforest pack and play that I know of.

well idk . . I bought it nearly 2 years ago.
I thought I saw a different one before.

no way! why did it get recalled?! I have that one from almost 2 years ago and I still use it!

The sides can just randomly fall. Mine did it all the time. I thought I was doing something wrong, but apparently not.
