Now is a really good time if you don't already own one.

The people that sold us our house lost 80k. We gota 400k house for considerably less. They had to bring 40k to closing because they took out a second to pay for new siding, roof, gutters and windows.It is a steal.

I'm sure we could get a good deal. I'd like to buy one. We are renting a house from my parents for probably the first year when we move back. Then buy one. With student loans payments, insurance, a new car (hopefully) I need the cheapest route...since I"m not sure how my paycheck will hold up lol

completely understood. The home prices will level off soon and it won't be as rediculous. Hopefully in the next2 years.

Every two weeks seems so frequent... I just went in Monday and I will need to go in again in a week.

yeah ive been going every 2 for a while now. It sure is better than every wk which i did in the beginning. Im gonna call mon and see how late they work t the flint office on fri, its a farther drive but the dr suggested me going there at least once and on fri im doing hs so i get out earlier

im gonna ask my dr more about it when i go. There are confirmed cases in our county and 1 child is hospitalized b/c of it. Plus its crazy how many parents send their kids to school sick.
