Anyways...just wanted to stop in and wish everyone a fun and safe 4th Of July!!

i just called her pedi a lil while ago & she said the same.. teething along with everything else. Said to guve her some tylenol (which i had been 4 fever) and if that doesnt help to give her some mylicon & maybe some cereal to help settle her tummy. I gave her the mylicon within mins she starts burping and seems to cheer up so i fixed her an ounce of cereal & she ate it every bite & was happy the whole time til it was all gone & got pissed

hopefully thats all it is the infection going away, along with tummy troubles from antibiotics & teething too

Kat.. the dress is super cute, but Zeanna wouldnt wear it either shes so picky & Hayden wow that picture lol

Yep, teething can cause all sorts of issues with attitude, digestion, and general disposition, not to mention general health. Every baby is different and it's so difficult to determine level of seriousness. So glad to hear you might be on the tail end of things and close to figuring out the problem. Relief for both you and Kayleigh at last!

ok ladies we made it!!! We are still getting stuff unpacked but its happening! We are good I am exhausted from the move and from going ot bed at 12:30 last night and then Torrey waking up at 6:30 so I have been super emotional ALL day....My kids are driving me crazy as much as I love them   I will get pictures of the place up soon...hope everyone had a good 4th!

Kayleigh is still improving but she's still not 100% herself. so back to her dr tomorrow for testing they need to find out what caused the swelling to begin with so it doesnt happen again.

Update on Morgan & I- I finally got my 1st period since having her. I made it over a year with only bfing for 4 days! On the down side I bled thru 2 boxes of super tampons & one box of super plus tampons with pads as back up in 2 days! I called the dr cause I thought I was gonna die...I kept getting lightheaded & my boss wasn't happy cause I spent the better part of 2 days in the bathroom! They prescribed me progesterone to slow it down & so far it is working a little. He told me the only way to stop it completely is to get on some kind of bc.
On a better note my LO is growing up too fast for me! She is holding her head up completely on her own now no thanks to tummy time (she still hates it), she is grabbing and pulling at toys on her play mat & carseat, putting everything she can find in her mouth, & trying to roll over!!! I'm so proud of her...she is happy the majority of the day now & laughs & coos all the time!

Betsy, so glad to hear Kayleigh is doing better and has had some happy times finally. Let us know the results of the tests this week and if they find the cause of the swelling. It'll be great to avoid that in the future.  

Sarah, congrats on getting moved. Now, you'll have to settle. I think that's much harder than moving. But hey...you've got a fantastic new place and lots of room. Hope the transition goes smoothly.

Jessica, sorry to hear about the first period being so heavy. I'm still without mine. It's been a year and 2 weeks since my last one, and I'm BFing exclusively. At least you have some relief.

And I know what you mean about Morgan growing up too fast. Victoria wants to be on her feet all the time, and she has actually taken a step or two forward when I've held her hands. She also holds up her head on her own, looks everywhere, grabs for everything, and has rolled over twice. She's only 3 months old! Oh, and she almost sits straight up with just the boppy or pillows around her. She's working those tummy muscles all the time, straining her neck too so she can sit up straight. The leaning back isn't cutting it much anymore. Yikes!

I'm kinda stunned. Gavin was fussing the whole way home from the park for something to eat. I get him home, and start nursing and he's so happy. Until dad turns on the baseball game. Then, he wanted NOTHING to do with nursing, started straining his neck to see the t.v. to watch the game. So, I put him in his exersaucer in front of the t.v. and he's as happy as a fat boy on cake. ...guess the game was more important to him.

Yay, Sarah, glad you're getting settled in. I move so often I totally get how you're not really able to settle until its all in place. HOpe it happens quickly for you!

Betsy- so glad Kayleigh is feeling a little better. I hope hope hope its nothing bad!

Gavin gets 4 months shots tomorrow....I don't wanna....but I gotta. Lol.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to pop in real quick. Matthew has a fever of 101.4   Poor baby. He was cranky all night and all day today. I was going to take the kiddos to the beach today, but Matty takes priorty right now.
Betsy, glad to hear Kayleigh is doing a bit better! I hope she continues to improve. Cute pictures!

LOL! Tori has discovered the TV and loves the movement of people or figures with the sound and colors, but for her it's anything with animals that gets her attention. Animated or real, if there are animals, she stares, smiles and starts talking to them. Same thing with her room and the Noah's Ark theme. She'll wake up from naps or fall asleep talking to her animals in her crib.

Matthew loves the TV too! He watched Tv while we watched the fireworks last night. We didn't want him to get eaten up by the millions of mosquitos here. But he had fun with Grandma...
