so i have alot of tummy fat that i need to lose...i can use all the help....on working out and meals......what kind of thimgs i can make for the whole family that will help me lose weight......and what kind of work outs can i do with no equipment...cause i dont have any.....
I am hopefully starting to run soon with my husband. I just gotta find a decent priced jogging stroller. I have seen some awesome results from girls who run though.
