LOL that made me think of something. My sister got a card from his son. It had 2 popsicles on it. Him and his cousin was in the car. He goes Jenna, do you want a sucker. I have 2. My sister goes, NO those are mine!!! So later, I guess he comes up to her, mom can I have a sucker. My sister goes, we dont have any. He goes yes we do, remember. hahaha, my sister said, no that's my mothers day card!!! silly kids.

Thank you for your words though. You are wonderful. Dumb men. We should leave the kids with them for a day so we can go have fun.

ERRR that reminds me. I left Ambers baby enstien rattle at her doctors office. I knew I did, but it was a bad day, I needed to run all over I wasn't getting Amber out of the car to go get it back. Well, I have looked EVERYWHERE. They don't have it anywhere. And they don't have tags up for it anymore. I don't think they are selling it anymore. And she loved it

the nipple on them are straight. it looks like a bulb or something. he won't take any other kind. I might have to go look at target and see if they have something similar.

Men   The little bit of time I talked with my hubby today was spent on how he feels I've changed since I've had Zoey. Hello?!?! **hugs** You can't live with them, and can't live without them!

So i find out today when my surgery is ill let you know as soon as they call me. Its and in and out procedure and ill be outta work for a week which kinda sucks cuz i wont get paid since i dont have any time. Oh well wat can i do.

Tabitha...do you have a BRU near you....try there. they generally have most binkys you can find!

Leah....that stinks you had a crappy mother's day....i got a card from Jace that he made in sunday school at church and it has cute saying in it...

It had a tracing of his hand inside....he didn't want to stick his hand in the fingerpaint because it was to messy and gross   lol...I was so excited to get a card from him.

Steph....I was reading your posts about heartburn....You should check into having your esophagus looked at with a scope....My mom's friend had one done this week because she has horrible heartburn and has been on several meds and it still doesn't help....they found out the flap that holds acid down, is completely gone now and she has some scar tissue in her esophagus....they may have to do surgery to stretch her esophagus.....look into it. Maybe there is a reason the meds aren't working.

Heather....you had posted that you weren't sure if you were feeding Zoey enough or too much....I was reading it and thinking it sounded like she gets a lot of food but not quite as much formula....
She should be getting roughly (not every baby is exact) 2 and a half ounces of formula per pound....so if your baby weighs 10lbs then multiply 2.5 by 10 and the baby should get a total of 25 ounces in a 24hour period. some only take about 2 ounces per pound. And as far as baby food...generally betweeen 4-6 months old they eat food once sometimes twice a day....like cereal for breakfast with a bit of fruit and then in the early evening a bit of veggies. Hope that helps and answers any questions that were on your mind!!!

Heather - how does your hubby think you have changed since Zoey? duh. it definitely changes you. Chris thinks I'm more stressed and grumpy..umm.. hello it's b/c you never help. He has gotten better with her since shecan do more now but still thinks the stay at home thing is cake. men.

Leah -sorry Oren didn't make a bigger deal about Mother's Day especially since you had to work. I think men just don't think sometimes. At least he apologized?? if he was smart he'd make it up to you now.

Jenn- that stinks that Mike didn't help out more too.. it's ONE day you'd think they get it. Jace's card is so cute and true. oh and glad everything/everyone was ok with the tornadoes. that's so scary.

Tabitha - sounds like you got some good mother's day gifts.  

Ericka - keep us posted on your surgery. you're in my thoughts.

I didn't get to read ALL the way back. Morgan had one of her infamous contact allergies this morning and is trying to crawl so hard (nonstop) that she spit up several times and then kept trying anyways .. I finally had to hold her in my lap so she wouldn't flip and try anymore.
She DID sit up on her own yesterday for the first time on the carpet. She's been doing it on our comforter for a week or so.

Hey girls! Hope everyone had a good Mother's day. Mine was both good & bad ...   Bad in the beginning cuz Danny & I were fighting...I was crying....just BS & I was so furious from the day before....but we worked it out.
I was mostly mad because he TOO didn't really do anything for me. I made breakfast, he didn't even give me a card. & was pretty much inconsiderate of me...!!!! Still makes me furious thinking about it, but whatever. I did give hima good talk, & better be acting bette,r helping me with the house more or else!!! lol
Then the rest of the day, we invited my mom for ice cream, & then went to my mom's friends house for a bbq and were there for a couple of hours. then we went to eat with my MIL...and that's prety much it! I thought it would be better but ohwell...there will be plenty to come.

So I am here cleaning/cooking/organizing....I'm in a good mood today although I have a headache again   but I'll manage. Anyway, I just wanted to say hello, I';ll be in and out today!
