Hi all I joined this group because i am due december 20th with my 2nd child!!! I cant wait to meet all of you!! Hope you are all feeling great!! Ive been sick!! Nausea is not the best thing in the world!! with my 1st son i never got sick and now i am wanting to vomit all day! but i never do throw up so it makes it worse!!! anyway hope your all better off than i am! I had the SAME thing! You feel the throw up coming but you can't ever do it! You think "man if I could just throw up I would feel so much better!!" I probably spent hours sitting in the bathroom just waiting and thinking I was going to throw up. That's the worst. Everyone tells me morning sickness means you're having a boy but I don't believe that, especially if you say you weren't sick with your son.

Ya i know ive heard that if you have a boy and then have a totally opposite pregnancy after its more than likely a girl! I want a girl soooooo bad!!!!! b ut i would love a boy to but were done having kids after this 2nd one!

Well if all that stuff is true then you are probably going to have a girl. I hope you get your girl!! Especially if you're quitting after this one. Every woman needs a little girl she can dress up and when they get older you can go shopping w/ them. I would be so happy to have a girl.  

Ok so I understand that you can tell the gender at 16 wks but they normally don't do an ultrasound until 20 wks. Well I just can't wait. At my 16 week visit I am going to from Tennessee to Rhode Island the very next day and I want the family in Rhode Island to know what we're having to they can buy us stuff!! Does that sound bad??

How can I get them to do the ultrasound at 16 weeks? A friend told me to say I had stomach cramps really bad but I don't think you are suppose to lie to your doctor  
They would probably tell me I couldn't get on an airplane then!
Ok anyways... what could I say?

Hey at least boy clothes are starting to get cuter! I worked in a Carter's store when I was in highschool and the boys' clothes were just awful!! Now when I go in stores it's a lot different. Well let's hope we both get girls ok?  

Good morning everybody!

I'm 28 years old (29 later this month) and 11 weeks into my first pregnancy. My fiancee and I have a 7 year old boy (from his previous marrige) and so are hoping for a little girl this time. We'll know by July.

I am due December 23, but who knows with a first baby? I've read that they can take longer to "bake" .

I'd be happy to be a due-date buddy! Us girls have got to stick together right?

Hello Everyone. I am due December 21st and this is my second child. My daughter is 10 years old so its like I am starting all over again. With my daughter I dont remember the morning sickness, but wiith this pregnancy i have been sick everyday all day. My energy has been soooo!!! low and I dont sleep good at night (I toss and turn) I have the worst taste in my mouth all the time. I have been missing a lot of days at work because I just dont have the energy to get out of bed. I hope that this passes.

Hello All!!! how exciting this time is!!! My name is Tara aka Tiggs and I'm 10 weeks pregnant with my second pregnancy. I had a child when I was 16 that I placed for adoption. This pregnancy seems to be so bitter sweet!!! I feel the loss of my son strongly and yet I'm so darn tootin' excited to meet our new addition!!! My husband is so thrilled!! We heard the baby's heartbeat for the first time on Saturday! Jason (my hubby) just had this gigantic smile on his face for the rest of the day!!!
Our families are stoked too everyone can't wait for the new arrival which is the first for both sides.
My due date is Dec. 29th 2007.
Any perls of wisdom from you veteran moms out there?

Hello to all. My baby is due somewhere between 12/17 and 12/23. When I type in my last menstral on the computer web sites everything tells me 12/17. When I went it to the Dr. he told me 12/23. When I had my first ultrasound at 7 weeks they say my due date is 12/19. So I don't really know which one to go by. But either way, the baby will probably come early like my daughter did. She was 3 weeks early so I hope this one comes early too. My husband hopes this one is a boy because he said if it is a boy then he is going down to get fixed. But if it's a girl, then we get to try again for a boy. So, now I'm hoping it's a girl. I want to have more than 2 children. I hope to become friends with all of you and good luck to all.

I am also due December 21st. My doctor thinks I might go early, though. I went in for my OB visit today and heard the heartbeat. It was 183 bpm. He/she was punching and kicking on the ultrasound. It was great. Good luck to everyone out there.

I'm due December 24. Both my husband and I are 23 and it's our first. He wants a boy (to beat up our future daughters' boyfriends) but I don't care either way.
