abortion...in my school.

I just found out today that a few girls I know have had abortions...
It really really saddens me. I can't look at them the same, and I can't help it.
2 of the girls have children now, one of them has 2 children.
I can't imagine giving up a life like that....
My daughter isn't even four weeks old and I love her so so much, I couldn't imagine life without her already, and right now I'm trying to finish my senior year, and it's not easy, but we are making it.
I am really lucky to have a ton of support...I feel so bad for girls who don't get the support I have had during my pregnancy and with my baby.

I know that's its sad..for us but it's their decision. Some people can handle somethings and others can not.

so you attribute you keeping your daughter to having support- but chastising those who might now have had support themselves?

Your opinion but what does not having a good support system have to do with getting an abortion? There choice, there body.

Sometimes women need to make that decision. I could never do it, but they do it because they think it is best *shrugs*

They're not you.
You may be able to handle the teenage mom thing, but that doesn't mean everyone can.

It was their choice. They shouldn't be judged for it.

Nothing sad about it. Not everyone wants to become a mother at such a young age and with support or not these young women make the choice that's best for them. 

As much as you having your daughter was the right decision for you, to have an abortion is the right decision for some women.

exactly- who are we to tell a person the decisions they should make for their situation

It actually has a lot to do with getting an abortion for some women.

It is sad.. But maybe it was the right choice for them i mean high school having kids maybe they knew they couldnt care for there baby. Im pro life for me but In other peoples cases im pro choice..

You can't look down on them because they made a choice different than yours. What if someone looked down upon you for being a teenage mother without a high school education?
