There are adoptive parents who don't care abotu special needs. DH and I never cared. We were open to any type of child no matter their race, medical backgrounds of BPs or medical issues for the baby.

Jamie had clubfeet and is now perfectly fine. And Jackson has many special needs. I don't love them any less and wouldn't love them anymore if they were "perfect".

I think there are people out there willing to do anything to have a family even if that means adopting a child that may have some sort of medical issues. I'm sure there are some that want that "perfect" baby as well...
