my daughter will be 2 months next week on nov 8th. she was born with cleft foot and cleft pallete. her lip is normal, but the pallete does have the cleft. i am a single mother. the father turned out to be an ass (my story http://forum.baby-gaga.com/about1972380.html ) she is getting a weekly treatment to fix her foot. next week she will get the tendon cut and will be in a cast for three weeks. she will then wear special shoes with a bar in between her legs for three months. afther, she will require speacil boots until she is three. she will need intensive therapy to learn to walk. she will be geting surgery for her cleft pallete in march. i feel so scared and alone. the father doesn't care about "her", he just says that he is going to take her away from me, but doesn't even bother to ask me what the dr's say or nothing.

I have been to see a specialist and he said it looks like she has a bilateral cleft lip/palate, transposition of the great vessels in her heart, a cyst in her right lung and a possible tracheal esophageal fistula (they can not see her stomach). I am so scared and do not know what to do or think.....
