Thank you darling! I would never, ever in a million years ever consider myself prone to or in danger of ever developing an eating disorder, but just goes to show that no woman out there is 'safe', and that we're all vulnerable, I'm glad I never got further than just thinking about it.

I understand, completely. I've stuggled with the thoughts of it myself but haven't made it past thoughts (thank god!).

I'm late on this, but this is all good advice. It took me a year to START losing weight with my first daughter. I've always struggled with my weight, and after I had her, I was carrying 20lbs of "baby weight" forever, to the point it stopped being baby weight and was just me being fat. My doctor telling me that if I didn't lose weight I ran the risk of cancers and other problems due to a problem he thought I had then is what made me finally go, "duh." I learned how to eat healthy and I ate 5-6 times a day rather than 2-3. I just had twins in April, and even though I don't think I look good, I am back to pre-pregnancy weight already. Now I just have to get back to my old healthy habits and maybe I'll be back at that happy place like you are!

You look amazing! I really hope that I can start losing some of this baby weight soon I'm so sick of it! I just really need the motivation!

wow you look fucking fantastic! I have just started doing what you did the past few weeks and I cannot wait to see my results and get to a place where I no longer obsess on the scale. I have a lot more to lose than you did but I am so determined I can see myself getting in the best shape of my life. Thank you for the inspiration to keep going and CONGRATS on sticking it through and hitting your goal! I admire your determination and I hope I can continue on my own successful weight loss path just like you did.

you, too, inspire me! I have seen a few of your weight loss posts and you have come such a long way and you did it the right way so that you will keep it off for good. Your new avi is hot and I am so proud of you for showing off your body like that. I hope one day I will feel proud enough of my body and the work I put into it to show it off also. way to go!

I just read your story and it really touched me. I am going on 15 months pp and barely lost any weight. I was always so depressed and didn't think that i could do it. I had my daughter the summer going into my senior year in high school and was always soembarrassedto go a day without wearing a sweatshirt. Now that i have read our story and know that it really can happen i am going to take your advise and put it to good use   Thank you for being my motivation. You look great mama and i look u to you for what you have gotten accomplished while still being a single mother to a beautiful little girl.
