Thats what I've heard. But hes moving back with his mom, so I doubt she'll make him get a job.

child support office will.
he'll have to fill out X amount of apps to prove he's trying.
after so long they'll take his DL.. then put him in jail.
just keep ONTOP of notifying child support about him. when he doesn't pay. where he lives. ect. that way they can take the proper action aginst him.
