Anyone had implant cramps? Do they resemble O cramps coming from one side kinda pinching?

Yes! Except mine were stronger than normal O aches, almost like a catch in my side. My doctor said implantation cramping is actually ovary pain because when the egg implants the corpus luteum rapidly enlarges to support it and boost progesterone production.

well i'm not sure if they were "implant cramps" but i did have pinching on one side both times I got pg.
