Yep, it's OTC and totally safe. I use Pro-Gest cream, one packet every 6 hours.

This is with a beta of 9.

Damn damn........ok so I was thinking AF was coming because I was spotting for a couple days, so dh and I had sex and I let him finish yknow. Now.....I'm in denial that my cervix is high and soft.....oh and opening. Only thing is I'm not having ewcm. I only have a few temps including a sick one though. I also need to change the default. Those were taken from 6:30-7:30.

DAMN again. Kinley woke up around 5:30 vomitting and had a massive poop-splosion. Which means I didn't temp (getting to her was much more important) . So now I really don't know what's up. Oh and dh couldn't keep his hands to himself last night again. Woooo I guess at this point its like wth why worry about preventing anymore. Kinda screwdriver that up
