I looked and was unable to find the gender diet. I did see it said that a diet high in calcium and magnesium gets a girl but that was it.

Hello lovely lades. I just found this thread. I started temping this month after 5 months of not staying pregnant (I had a chemical in July).

Here is my chart (I don't know how to post the picture)

Does it look right? I googled normal charts and it doesn't look right... I spotted today which makes me think its from ovulation but I took a test and it's 100% negative. I took one on CD 8 and it was 100% negative. But I had a dip... could it have been a fluke?

This is harder than I thought it would be.

How are you temping? Vaginal or oral? And is it at the same exact time every morning? Also environment changes can affect temps also. For example if you sleep with a comforter and then on a cool night have a window open and sleep with no blankets that could give you a lower temp than usual, which in turn could throw things off.

your chart looks fine so far. temps during AF can be disregarded.

I second that. Your temp was still coming down from the progesterone and other hormonal changes. A lot of women have higher, jumpy temps during AF and they will then stabilize lower as you progress toward O.

Ah ok.That big dig on CD8 just freaked me out that I may have Oed super early and missed it... because I spotted a tiny tiny bit yesterday at CD11.

We will tonight and tomorrow and depending on the temp tomorrow we'll BD on Sunday. Were would my temp be tomorrow if I was Oing today? Up again?
