Anyone having cramps??
posted 10th Nov '06
Hi Everyone,
I have been having cramps almost everyday now for about a week on my feet and calves.
It always happens early in the mornings.
My doc said it is ok as long as I don't have it on my stomach.
I am getting a little concerned now coz this is bothering my sleep
and the cramps can last a few minutes at a time and particularly today
I had like 3 to 4 times cramps in the mornings at different times.
Anyone has this?
Is this normal?
I even tried eating bananas thinking I may be lacking potassium but it is not helping.
Appreciate your advise.

I had really bad leg cramps for a little while in my first pregnancy. Everything was fine... I don't think i even worried about it since every pregnant person i know had them Eat more bananas for longer maybe... but this is definitely just annoying not concerning. Oh! i know what might help... a spa pedicure!!!

I remember I used to get really horrible leg cramps with my son and my daughter during the middle of the night. All i could do is sit there and cry until it stopped. It was awful. Oh gosh......more stuff to look forward to hehe. But they are worth every bit of it!

I get them too.. So bad that I kick my husband until he wakes up and scream for him to rub my legs.. They kinda feel like charlie horses.. I dunno what it is.. I tried the whole banna and grapefruit road.. It had yet to work for me. But screaming at my husband seems to do the trick.. lol.
