A sad sad sad story. This mom buried her son last month, after a uterine rupture. This hateful woman stole her words from her blog, the words that were written in an attempt to cope with the death of her son. Words that were meant to heal. And cut them up and turned them into a blame game for the poor babies death. She needs to be on blast for this smurf, and please share and help hold her accountable and get her to take poor baby michaels story down.

i don't even see how the blame could be put on the mother or midwife. They followed exactly what they should have done which was go straight to the hospital when something was amiss. I don't even understand how this counts as a 'homebirth death' when baby died in the hospital??

She is a waste of oxygen and I hope she dies in a car fire. Srsly, I have had a very deep distaste for her for a very looooooong time now.

Any tips on useing the Bradley method of childbirth. I am Due January 16 with a little girl and I have one of each already/

Hi, I had my son naturally on the 2nd of November, I was super scared, I got some wonderful advice from some of the girls here but I wont lie a lot of it went out the window while in labor, but Im very proud to say I did in fact have a completely natural birth!
It was so worth it, because unlike my first baby where I was tired and groggy after birth, this time the second he was out and I had him in my arms I felt great, and so alert! I like that I was able to get up and walk to the bathroom right after. And I so far have not had any major post partum depression.
Im definitely suggesting natural birth to any one else!

Okay, this is my third pregnancy, first child. My mother had all 4 of her children completely natural. She said I probably won't be able to have a natural birth because of my weight and how little I am. I was 87 pounds when I found out I was pregnant (I had a state of subconscious anorexia) and I am now 129, but it's all in my boobs and belly. I can still wear my prepregnancy jeans just fine. Am I too little to have a natural birth and the safety of my baby and myself not be an issue?

I was 100 lbs at the beginning of my first pregnancy and 130 at the end. Baby was 8 lbs. I went natural. Your weight doesn't matter. Your body will do what it needs to do if you can trust it. Your mom is being ignorant.

Drug free birth #3 in 3.5 ish months. Eek.

I was hopeing to have a completely natural birth but sadly i have to be induced at 39 weeks due to complcations, but i do not plan on getting an epideral any times on manageing pain and making the birthing process and less stressfull as possible
