I just ventured into the Pro-Choice thread) Oh my. I want to express my opinion soooooo bad it's not even funny.But I won't. Here's my aruguments against thecommon pro-choice arguments:

You say "It's my uterus, I'll do as I please."
Even if it is your uterus, you didn't create the life that is in it. It is not your right to take it away.

To women who were raped.:
I am so so so sorry that happened to you. A woman should NEVER have to experience that. BUT, I don't believe for one second that abortion is the only option. I have a strong faith in God and believe he would not have put that precious soul in your uterus if he didn't want it there, no matter the circumstances.

I came in this thread to check it out, and I knew someone was going to say something about what I said. It was supposed to be a SANCTUARY.

I just came here to see who made the comment, and all I have to say is that I may be pro choice but I sure as HELL am not telling any that is PRO LIFE that they are wrong and should change their mind. I'm out now, I'm not going to lurk in a thread that has NOTHING to do with me or my views like some.

It may be a choice, but its often one made under duress. A lot of women regret their decision, and so its hard to overcome it. Survivor is a very apt term IMO.

I never disrepected you. I had nothing to say to you via PM or D&D. I simply stated my views of Pro-life here in the Pro-life thread.

And I wasn't "lurking" in pro-choice. I had something to say to those who had been raped and I said it. Very respectfully, in fact.

I don't have a problem with you one bit. I'm sure you were in a horrible situation to have to make that choice. My problem is with abortion. Like I said in the other thread, I will NEVER be angry with someone who has made that choice, only sad. I am very much pro-life and I'm not ashamed of it.

Anyway, I'm done debating. I've expressed my opinion here, which was the intent. I've prayed for those in the other thread, which was my intent. I'm done now.

Honestly I think BOTH thread are a great idea. But I don't think anyone needs to lurk in the pro-choice thread, then make a comment over here about another women. Just like I don't think the pro-choice ladies should lurk over here. Can't you just keep it simple and not drag anyone else into it?
