Lets just see if she can do it again, if not, it was a fluke.   LOL

So.. I was on facebook. And a poll popped up.

"Should a man have a say in whether or not his unborn baby is aborted?"
as of now the results are 70% yes, 20% no and 11% maybe.

My answer: No.

While yeah, it's nice to let the "father" know your decision, I don't feel it's up to him. I say this from experience. When I got pregnant, the father was excited. I know he could have cared for the child, he was financially stable and everything. But he was not mentally there.. he was abusive, possessive, controlling -- the whole 9 yards. I left him, and told him I was getting an abortion. I couldn't have any ties to him, it wasn't healthy or safe for me. He begged and begged me not to, said he'd take the baby and everything.

But personally, I'd be damned if I went through with an unwanted pregnancy to give the child up to him. First of all, I am not a freakin easy bake oven.. where you just take it out and go on with your happy little life. No. I just couldn't do it. I don't see abortion as murder, I see it as an option. It's there for a reason. Anyways.... haha I just figured I'd share it.. since the people commenting on the poll have had a long huge debate. Sure most of it talking about "God" -- ofcourse. Haha I even told one lady "I'll gladly care what "God" thinks when he personally tells me.. until then he's just as real as the tooth fairy :] " Just my honest opinion.

I believe though...that since the man has no choice in whether the baby is born....that he should SHOULDDDDD have a choice as to whether he "parents" or supports the baby.
IF he foregos his right to deny support though.....he can't come back later and say "nevermind i want to be a daddy" and he does NOT have to pay child support...but also has NO say in whether you put the baby up for adoption....give the baby to gypsies...etc.
I believe if that option were available to men...that some women would be soooo much less likely to "trap" men by having babies....no more hole poking in the diaphragm or condoms..no more skipping the BC on purpose....etc.

Ugh having babies and acting like all they care about is the child support irritates me! What about the emotional support of having a father...Thats what was on my mind when I first found out I was pregnant.

I actually had somebody say to me "You know child support is April support" Wtf assbag. I know that and I take offense to that, because im not to sure what I said to make them think I was excited about a free ride. (which isn't even there because Im with the father. and if he left I would rather him spend time with his little girl then pay me money) Sorry mini rant about something completly un-related to the abortion subject.

But no, I don't think they should have a say in if we get a abortion or not. We don't have a say in them leaving if they choose to.

hahaha i agree with it being the womans choice when it comes down to it.. it is YOUR body after all and as far as GOD is concerned i dont think that she/he would want you to have a baby if you diddnt want to. however i do believe that the father should have his imput as far as what he wants you to do but ultimately it is the mothers decision.
