Hmmm...I've never had anything like that, so I cant be much of help there. Are you feeling okay besides that? Has your baby been moving around like he/she normally does?

Never had anything like that. But I was looking up adema, that swelling thing, the other day because I noticed that my hands and feet started to swell some and it mentioned that if you have swelling in the face and eyes and bruising that you might have it. So if you're also swollen you might have that which is something you should definitely see your doc about! That the only thing I've heard about pregnancy and bruising but try googleing it. That always helps me.

Im feeling alright. its just been real hot here and i think its the reason but im not sure. My baby moves alot! it very much has the hiccups, and kicks around 2am. Then im up an extra hour so i know my baby is ok!

If you bruise easily, it may mean that you are lacking iron.

Like Nichole said, if you're lacking iron you could bruise easily.
Also, I'm not sure if this can happen at 21 weeks or not, but depending on how much of a lil kicker you have on your hands (& if you are prone to bruises) your baby CAN actually cause bruising if s/he kicks the same spot repeatedly.
I know it sounds crazy, but believe me - it can happen..lol. Mine started leaving bruises on me. I was lacking iron (i'm severely anemic so that also is a reason) & Logan likes to kick the same spot for HOURS. I got a couple nice sized bruises from him.
