Okay. The police told us a while ago that Dustin couldn't get a restraining order against him because he wasn't family or an ex.  
Anthony is also a snitch for the state police, I know because he let it out when he was drunk, which is why when I tried to get something done about him before they said they couldn't do anything.

You can get a RO against anyone, you'd be ordered a temporary RO, then you'd go to court within about 2 weeks, and tell the judge/court commissioner, and he/she would then either drop the RO, or put a permanent one in place.
