swelling

soo i have swelling like you wouldnt believe and i dont know how to make it go away at all. or even just stop getting bigger. my feet and legs are HUUGE. like i cant wear any shoes except flip flops. i only have a little more than a week (hopefully) to go. but im completely miserable. is there anything anyone knows of i can do to help it?

lower your sodium intake and keep your feet up.

my feet are swelling for a different reason ( due to my contraction pill) but i am wearing compression socks which have helped ALOT with the swelling in my feet AND legs.. worth a shot?

You may want to watch this because if it continues, you could be getting preclampsia. My cousin blew up like a balloon when see got it.
