I did a speed ball once when I was 16. I liked it too much.

Yeah she is. But in her eyes she has no problems. She just forgets about everything that happened to her, she never wants to talk about it or think about.

I still am sometimes. But I owe that woman and my grandpa my life probably. yet I hated her. I lashed out pretty much and left when i turned eighteen.

That is exactly how my step-dad is. He raised me and my sister. He has smoked weed since he was 15 and he was the greatest dad ever. He stepped up when he didn't even have to.

I love my daddy, I use to be mad at him from keeping me from my mom, but I understand why. Even when he gave her chances to see me she abused it... a lot.
Left me with guys she didn't even know while she snorted smurf up her nose. My dad's my Earth angel

Our story is a lot alike. My mom married my step-dad when I was 4 and he has been an amazing dad. Although, I still see my dad from time to time when he isn't in prison. I know my dad loves me and he wants to be in my life he doesn't know how to do it after all these years. I went and seen him when he was in jail in April 2008. I took my son with me to see him and one of his friends asked him what my son's name was and he had to ask me what it was. He didn't even know what his own grandson's name was. He was sooo embarrassed.

Yeah, my real dad used to promise my sister & I he was going to take us to Chuck E Cheese and other places and would never show up. So, my step-dad would take us instead.

I'm sorry! My dad and I both have bi-polar disorder....I am medicated , he is not.....He is also an addict. He drinks and gambels.....We have never been close, in fact I have probably seen him 4 or 5 times since I was 12....(I'm 34....) It's hard....

My dad and I have never been close because I'm a "whore" and he's into his addiction.

OK, here it is....(will try to do short version, LOL!)

My father is/was an alcholic, gambeling, pothead. He was late for my birth because he had to stop by the house and smoke a blunt first....  My mom was not an addict of drugs/ alcohol, but of love/men....She HAS to be in a relationship, or she doesn't feel good about herself....She is on her 6th marriage...
I started doing cocaine when I was 24 (my oldest daughter was 5 years old...)....I did it everyday for 2 years.....Then I quit cold turkey in February of 2001 because I was a mess!....I found out I was pregnant with my second in April of that same year, so I didn't go back to it at first.....My husband and I married in November of 2001, and I had my 2nd daughter in December 2001(yes, I was a huuuggeeeee bride...),....I went back to cocaine when she was 3 days old....The next 7 years were kind of a blur....I would be on for months at a time, then I would quit for a while........I started taking percocet for a minor injury and within 6 months, I was using it several times a day, usually in combination with the cocaine....By itself when I couldn't afford the cocaine......At my worst, I was taking about 160 mg of percocet (oxycodone) a day.....I was also using about an 1/8 oz. of cocaine a day.......I have no idea how much of our hard earned money I have used up over the years....I try not to imagine the amount, as I'm sure I would probably never forgive myself.....
My husband finally decided enough was enough, on February 10, 2008....He kicked me out of our home, and said I was not welcome back, unless I got help and for the first time, he meant it.....I think he saved my life that day....actually, I know he saved my life!!
I found out I was pregnant with my son on April 1st, 2008......And neither my husband nor I have ever looked back......We are moving on together, he has forgiven me, and I will beat my addiction this time!
