William doesn't take too well to bribery. He is too smart for his own good. Lol
Well, at least I have the rest of November and most of December to try and get that perfect shot of my kids together. Lol

my son is unfortunately getting to that stage too! he either gets it straight away or wanders off, which makes it harder on me LOL i am constantly finding ways to keep his attention but they usually last no longer than a few shots!
this is a HARD age! i cant wait till he poses for me teehee tho i dont see him ever doing so LOL

I have usually have to sneak around and take pics of William before he has time to react...it doesn't always go as planned though. Lol At least my other 2 kids cooperate with me though. Lol

So I'm bored over here and expirementing with possible watermarks/logos for my pictures....

So I was wondering if some of you would tell me your top three to ten things to know about photography?

I took some pics of my daughter today and like a naive amateur, was facing the sun in most of them so they turned out dark.   Lesson learned the hard way, I guess. So all I know pretty much is that and try to get all the limbs in the picture? And yup, thats about it.

But im just looking for photography 101 tips, lol. I have an Olympus E-520.

And im lost when it comes to editing my photos. How did you learn how to edit yours? I have PSPX2.

Question for you ladies. I am looking into getting a digital slr camera on black friday if I can find a deal.

I am looking at camera 500 and under. Any ideas what would be a good one? I need it to take pictures really fast for things in motion.
Anyone know if a Nikon d40 is worth the 500?? I can't possibly go above 500. I saw a 400 one at target I wanted, but they aren't carrying it any longer and I can't seem to find it on the nikon site. 500 is the lowest I've found.

I know nothing, thats why I'm asking, but I am willing to put a lot of work into it. I wanna start it as a hobby.

I work with a D40   Although I love it for now, I ultimately want a D90 which I plan to upgrade in January. Check out Adorama.com that is where I bought my D40 Kit

I wish we had a FALL to show you some stuff. People are still asking for beach photos here. What I normally do on my shoots is I ask them when I meet them what's their families personalities are like and I go from there. I tell them to just enjoy there photoshoot and act almost as if I'm not there. And normally I always end up with different types of images for every family. Hope that helps a little lol
