ive been complete mia for a while now. this is the first time ive been on bg more than 5 minutes in over a week.

I have a question for you lovely ladies.

I have been trying to get a good photo of all three of my kids together for my parents and my hubbys mom for Christmas.

My 5 year old(Ravyn) and my 6 month old(Salem) are great...they love the camera and they love having their picture taken(they are hams! Lol). My 2 year old(William) however, hates having his photo taken. He doesn't mind if I am snapping photos of him playing or anything like that, but I am trying to get a good shot of all three kids and well, he just isn't into it.
I get the kids all sitting in one spot together and as soon as William sees the camera he runs off.

I have tried giving William his favourite teddy bear and his favourite blankie, to see if that might help him to focus on something other than the fact that I have a camera in my hands, but so far, it has not worked in my favour.

So do any of you ladies have any suggestions?

Hey Ladies! It's been a while! I'm going to be doing family pics (outdoor) sometime in the next 2 weeks and I was hoping some of you had some good family portraits in your portfolios that you could like me to.

It is a mom, dad,8 yr old and 1 yr old.

i only have a very hyper 2yo and every time i try and get his pics it is a STRUGGLE! he wants nothing to do with me or the camera! sometimes i bribe him with sweet tarts or fruit snacks, whatever i have in the cupboard, i hide them in my pocket and once the camera is out i show them to him and take a pic in the split second he looks my way! the bribing usually allows me 1-2 pics before he gets bored, so i literally act like a clown to keep his attention! anything from singing as loud as i can, making faces, putting toys on my head and tilt it so they fall by him, dancing, pretending to sneeze really loud, making my phone ring and pretending im answering it... heh u name it, i do it (its particularly embarrassing when we're outside but too bad LOL)
if it helps me getting shots like these, then i will gladly do it LOL
