Non edited - straight out of the camera
edited - anything that you did to the picture to make it lighter/clearer/contrast/saturation/ etc....

that's just my take on it, I may be completely wrong.

thank you! I just started taking pictures, I took a photo shoot of my niece and they didnt come out that bad but i dont have a great camera, i'm hoping to get a nice one soon.

I am sure they are great pictures! I had a Kodak point and shoot, and it took great photographs!!!

Rearea the original post> It should clear up some of your questions. This is caht thread that you can ask questions about, share pictures in for feedback, help you grow as a photographer (even if it's just to take better snapshotss of your child)...unedited simply means you take the image out of the camera and do nothing, editing generally means anything beyond simple cropping.

If you want to share more than a couple pictures at a time- start a thread and link us.
