VALISSA THRUSH IS HELL! Coltins wont go away we have a doc appt tom so far he has been on nystatin and it didnt work and then I tried the genetian violet and it didnt work so I hope the doc can give us something that helps! Feed her lots of yogurt and get something from the doc

Hi ladies! Sorry, I am WAY behind, I've got 3 papers to write in the next two weeks so I've been super busy. I have been trying to keep up with most of you on Facebook..
I did see all your Halloween pics, though..and your family pics, Valisa. All very cute, as always! I did postsome picson FB already,but here are two of the best ones in case you didn't see:

My little monster   We didn't go trick-or-treating (the weather was really crappy, anyway), but us mommies had a lot of fun dressing them up and just hanging out!

Anyway, I know there was a lot more I should have talked about but I've got to take a shower, do a little bit of English homework then head to work..sigh. Love you all!!!

I just got home from Big Sexy. ahhhhh love that store! I am getting excited about going out thursday night. its going to be a blasty blast!

I made my profile already on cafemom, it seems to be a little harder to navigate, but i'll get used to it! And i think a new siggy would be great. I can start on one later this evening after the kids go to bed. since jess is gone

Eli takes 2 naps a day.. 1st is 30 minutes to an hour.. 2nd is 1-2 hours.. still goes to bed at 6-7 pm

I miss big sexy.. haven't been in 2 weeks.. we are broke..  

I havnt been able to catch up with much but i saw something about cafemum...i havnt been on the net much lately either, going thru alot right now, so i may or maynot make a profile one day. Sounds like a few of us arnt around much. Sorry girls.

Helen- When Nicholas throws a fit we try to redirect him. Sometimes I just feel so frustrated, but I try keeping my cool. I have a bad ass temper, and that is something I don't ever want Nicholas to see. I have bi-polar disorder, so I try to maintain a calm, cool collected attitude at all times.   I wish I could make him stop with the tantrums, but I just have to remind myself that this is age appropriate behavior and I am happy that he is developing normally.   We got Nicholas' sippy cup at Target.


Maria- I know how you feel not being able to make it. My cousin just moved out and he pretty much was our savior with Rent because he contributed. He just up and left and is talking about joining the ARMY with his other cousin, so we're in quite the situation now.

Kristen- At first glance at that picture I was like, WAIT, THAT IS NOT ELI! Haha, My GodDaughter loved those sippies! I have yet to use one with Nicholas though. I'll have to try it.

Valisa- Yea, We've learned to alway have the cover with them when we go out because they do spill if pinched.   Hope the thrush goes away super fast! Icky!

Amanda- Nicholas has been going to bed a bit earlier too, but getting up at the same time, and it's nice. Although, he is still waking 2-3 times at night to nurse.

C25k News. I have been off of it for a few days, but will be heading back out today. I will probably be on week 1 for a while, but that is okay with me. I know I am OBESE, and way out of shape, but this is a giant step for me, and it's working as I am now down 6lbs in two weeks!

30DS, I did two days, then got super busy and have yet to do it again. I am going to start it up again either later today, or tomorrow morning and stick with it, because I LOVE seeing this weight come off!

my LO gets 2 naps, which are short...around half hour each. she goes to be at 8 she set that schedule on her own, and im more than ok with that because i have the evenings to myself to catch up on study or whatever.

Kristen, ya they dnt have it at the target around here. i know what you mean with the tantrums, her daddy and i both have it and i think she got it from both of us combined which is not good. i hope it wont last but ya its scary and i try to keep cool too but sometimes it works my last nerve. lol i tell ya thee babies can touch nervous, lmfao. still luv them to pieces though

and ya, the weight does come off with these two challenge. well actually, the cs5k help me shed a lot but now im stuck and the 30ds aint helping me. in fact i gained 2...it better be muscle mass. i heard that can happen with the shred though. omg, i just did level 2 (day 1) and i almost cried. no joke. lol
i also have been slacking off on c25k, will need to get back to it. ada has been a pain in the arse going walks wiht. she apparents wants nothing to do with the stroller now. she better get over it soon or she aint gonna be going outside with mommy lol i know im a mean ma lol
