Pumping

How many ML's or Oz's do you get on average pumping every 3-4 hours? I get 1-2. Is that low?

Are you nursing full time?

If I'm nursing full time I get .5 to 2 oz.

If I miss a feeding I get anywhere from 4 to 11 ounces depending on the time of day. I get the most in the morning and it decreases throughout the day.

1-2 oz is normal and is good for a full time nursing mother.

Oh and thats if I'm pumping every 2-3 hours.

the more you pump the more you get....you can try pumping every hour even if nothing comes out it will eventuallly i did that too but now i get at least 3oz every 2-3hours

Since I have been taking Alfalfa, 2000mg at night, thats 4 pills a night.. I have been getting NO less then 3oz out of each boob every 2-3 hours..
I can go all night cuz my 7 week old sleeps 7-8 hours a night, and when I get up that morning I get 9-11oz out of both together.. then go back to pumping 2-3 hours during the day and getting the 3oz out of each..
I am also taking Fenugreek 3x a day too..
But the Alfalfa, wow, I noticed the difference in like 24 hours..

I am not nursing. I am trying to nurse and supplementing.

I nurse and pump and I get anywhere from 4 to 6 oz. every 3 hours. In the morning when I wake up (Evan doesn't get up at night anymore to feed) I can pump 12 oz  

Oh,I am so jealous! I want River nursing! If that isn't happening, I want to only supplement BM. I am on Dom Peridone, Fenugreek, Nursing Tea. On Friday I even drank a dark beer and the end of one pump (neveragain! I got tipsy!)
