I hope this means she is growing out of it.!I was told they usually will have the seizure the first 24 hours of a fever. my LO has had 2 febrile seizures in 2 months and both within 24 hours of him getting a fever ): the first one was really long about 5 mins and the second was only lasted a couple seconds..so I am hoping that means he is growing out of them? hopefully...

I did give her tylenol 1/2 before she had it (she didn't have a fever but she wasn't acting right) the 2nd it just hit her....awww that is a long time for a seizure...I'm sorry mama...his pedi said they have done studies of giving kids tylenol during a fever with a history of febrile seizures & they still have them both times we were giving my LO tylenol/motrin & he still had them...he's 16 months and only had 2 fevers his whole life & both times had a seizure....how old was your LO when she had her first one?
