She had a late nap so shes fighting sleep right now. Oh well im not used to her going to sleep until midnight anyways.

Ladies, I have decided I want to give nursing another shot! The first week after having her sucked. With her weight loss and jaundice I was stressed out and the pain from the c-section. I feel I gave up and since I really wanted to, I want to try again. I gave up on my worst day, and find myself regretting it! It has been two weeks since I stopped, and my breasts are still producing small amounts of milk. How can I get my supply up? And what are some tips to help my nipples get used to it? With both kids my nipples cracked and would bleed, it hurt so bad.

I'm heading to bed, but I just wanted to stop in real quick. We'll be gone pretty much all day tomorrow so I don't want to forget what I was going to reply to lol.

Beth- Mckenna never liked the soothie pacis either and went straight to the MAM ones. Taylor liked the soothie for the first week but then started hating it and took the MAM lol.

Umm and I completely forgot everything else lol. I'm so tired. I will get on when I can tomorrow. We're taking Mckenna to my sister's house in the morning, then the closing at noon then I think going to Lowe's to order some things. I'm going to bed now, hope everyone has a good day tomorrow. i just got her some nuks and she loves it! well, she keeps it in and i dont have to hold it. then once she falls asleep its out.

Just give him your boob...over the days you can increase your supply and fully give up the FF. for sore boobs...lanisloh cream after feeds and keep your nipples in the fresh air (topless) as much as possible. Dont wipe off any extra milk from your nipples either..just let them dry. Make sure baby latches as much as possible..not just the front of your nipple.

I had my branes stripped, but no show yet..he said I am really soft and favorable to give birth, my Bishops score is at 7, which means I am effaced and dilated( no exact numbers)...and my sweep was not the slightest bit uncomfortable. He said his head is well engaged 1/5 to 2/5 is all that he can feel in my pelvis..which is why I cant walk right anymore....and now all I have to do is wait.

I can wait up to all next week if I like since I am keen to have my VBAC...on the 11th I will have an appointment to have a c section..so I get to wait it out.

I pumped a bit last night & tried to BF her. She wouldn't latch on right.   I'm going to contact an LLL in my area. I want this to work.
