Wierd protrusion on right nipple? Sorry if TMI.

I have been noticing for the last few weeks that there is this hard little protrusion on my right nipple that makes the nipple look a little strange. There is not one on my left. Should I be concerned about this and has anyone else had this with any pregnancies?

is it a little skin tag? Because those are very common durring pregnancy and can pop up any where.

Have you ever had them pierced? I have had mine done and the first time around literally scared my right nipple horrible and now all the scar tissue sticks out and what not. Does it hurt?

ask your doc to be sure but it may be that breast is producing more milk than the other so it causes that to happen. Because i dont have anything noticeable but my right breast has gotten a lil larger than the left

i have never had them pierced before, but yeah it hurts a bit. the only thing that i am worried is that it is hard, but other than that, it feels kind of like a tiny mole. i hope this will not interfear with breast feeding.

call a 1800 number nurse or something. It is definately something to be checked out! Especially if you are wanting to breast feed.

i found something on bg about the exact same subject of skin tags. i wonder if that is what it is. i guess i can always ask my midwife about it tomorrow when i go for my 40 week appointment and see what she suggests. `
