How long did you wait...

to have sex after the baby was born, also did you have a vaginal or cesearn birth?
My huband and I only waited 2 weeks and 6 days and I had a vag birth. Is that horrible?

I'm waiting the six weeks and I had a c-section.

I waited the full six weeks after my vaginal birth, as recommended by my doctor.

We waited till we got cleared by my OB doctor around 6weeks.   I had a vaginal birth.

Ok....this makes me look really bad 

I wouldnt say it's horrible... it's your body so if you felt you were ready then so be it.., I personally wait the six weeks... (i've had 2 vaginal births).....

I'm waiting until 6 weeks and it's driving my fiance nuts!

It depends on your body.   Maybe you have wolverine blood in you.   (you heal easily) lol

Well i have not had my bebe yet lol
but i was told that its better to wait 6 weeks to prevent infections and so u will heal better

The only thing is that at 2 weeks pp you have a very high risk of infection and not only that but getting pregnant this soon wouldn't be such a good idea. 
I had vaginal and we waited 5 weeks and a few days.

I waited 8 weeks, (it hurt too bad at 6) but you. are supposed to wait so you don't get an infection.

I healed really fast after this birth, I can still feel where my stiches were, but now it feels like they desolved for the most part. I also didn't bleed as long after this birth, with my other 2 I bled for 6+ weeks and this time by 2 weeks I was bearly even spotting.

We waited 3 weeks.. sorta.
It didn't get finished because I started crying. Apparently there were still places not healed that I didn't know about.
