What happens if you fail a class with financial aid??

I have 7 classes left of my bachelors degree and gotten all A's and B's now I am freaking taking statistics and of the 3 tests I failed them all. And that's all we do is tests, midterm and a final project so will this affect my financial aid or anything if I end up failing this class?

you just have to pay for that class. I believe

When I wen to school, I had to maintain a certain GPA to keep all financial aid. If I went below a 3.0, I lost it.

ETA - It probably also depends on the kind of college you are going to. I went to a private and very strict college, so that may have made a difference.

is it too late to withdraw from the class? 
it should't affect your financial aid at all. it will only affect your GPA.

this happened to me. dont worry about one single class.
i failed 2 classes outta 3 i was taking.
i was still able to get financial aid the next semester. but when i failed again the next semester i got put on academic porbation.(SP?)

You have to withdraw in the first week and there really is no point I will have to take it in the fall or next Spring and I am sure I wont do any better.

Before I even took it I knew I was going to fail it that is why I kept putting it off, but you can only do that so long..

I fill out the FAFSA which includes a pell grant I think or I get a pell grant somehow..and then I fill out for the loans from the school.

IF it's a pell grant, then I need to know
how many classes you are taking this quarter(semester)?
And how many credits each is worth?

I believe I am at a 3.6 or 3.8 right now, but I have never failed a class since 10th grade math LOL so not sure how all this works.

You'll have to check with the loan company butthey usually want youto stay at a C average or better. But I cantell you whats going on witht hte grant.

I'm taking 3 classes this semester and I beleive each is worth 3 credits.

It says 62% of your attempted credits must be earned if your full time. I'm not sure about part time or under 12 credits so give me aminute to get the paper.

If your GPA is that high, you should be fine! One class shouldn't bring it down that much. If you do fail though, you will most likely need to re-take it.....Good Luck with everything!!

My loan says I must recieve C's or better, still looking for my pell grant award latter.....
