So me and my SIL are starting this diet and work out and I'm really excited to start. I have been eating rice cakes and apples and drinking lots of water and for snacks I eat those mini delights 90 calorie packs all during the day and then at night I eat a grilled chicken sandwich or a grilled chicken snack wrap with very light ranch and I lost 5 pounds in 3 days! Oh and I take daily vitamins and Ido50 crunches everyday on my excersize ball and I also have a linedancingwork out video.I am doing this until Saturday. On Saturday me and my SIL are going to start a cleansing fast that last for 2 days. So for 2 days we are going to drink lots and lots of water and that is it. She is sending me and awesome work out video that worked great for her and then on Monday we are going to text each other when we need to start the videos and then we are going to eat lean meats and lots of vegetables..and hopefully lose our goal weight of 20 pounds! Wish us luck! lol. I'm so excited because I already lost 5 pounds and the really hard part hasn't even started yet! I can't wait! yay

I'm trying. Just haven't tried hard enough. But, starting this week (thanks to your post making me think about it) I am!  . I told Kevin he has to motivate me.
