Middle name for Gabrielle?

Okay, so here we go again...scrambling to find a name for our daughter at the last minute. I'm 38 wks and so nervous that we haven't decided on a darn name! Hubby and I love Gabrielle (we actually love the name Elle which is what we can nickname her, or Ellie...not a fan of Gabby). We are having a tough time finding a middle name that will go with Gabrielle and Petersen though (as both are 3 syllables). To avoid her name being soooo long, I think we should go with a one-syllable or simple two-syllable middle name. Any ideas?

i think either of those sound cute with Gabrielle

My moms name is Gabrielle but she doesnt have a middle name. Lynn and Marie pretty much go with anything. A baby doesnt always need a middle name. Good luck trying to find one.

You know I agree with you, in fact I said the same thing to my husband last night. I think Gabrielle Petersen sounds complete with just those two but he thinks we should have a middle name. I also read where middle names help with identification purposes. Gosh, I don't know what to do.  

Again, I like Gabriella better, it just comes out naturally for me. I have to stop myself when saying Gabrielle. Plus Gabriella sounds more feminine to me.

I just think you shouldnt give the baby a middle name but if your husband wants one than do so. The middle name May is beautful. {My middle name is may, but it's spelled Mae}
