Does anyone know how to fix this?

I would like to make the picture I have attached appear as though it were originally taken with only the baby present. I know how to cut everything but my baby out of the photo using the magic wand tool, but my problem is that there is a hand resting on her leg. Does anyone know how to edit the photo so that her leg continues and the hand isnt there? Or if this is even possible in photoshop? Thanks!

It is challenging to do, but I find that it does get easier with time. It took me about an hour to get it to where it didn't look edited.

BTW, she is beautiful!
