who loves soda? I DO!!! soda soda soda

posted 27th Dec
why do ppl say to cut out sodas when losing weight/dieting/eating more "healthy"??

I mean...diet soda....it has no sugar, no calories....soooo...yeah.

The only downside of diet soda is the acid in it can wear on your teeth after time (much like coffee and blueberries, etc.)

I am addicted to McDonalds Coke. It's insane. I am pregnant and love soda. It's bad for me though, ya know. I don't know....soda is great. I don't know what to say to you about soda and losing weight though, lol. Sorry!

Drink it from a straw   Hehe.. best way to cut down on the amount of damage it does to your teeth.

I like root beer and sprite. Especially A&W. Mmmm.. that stuff is SO good. But I think it's more about the empty calories than the sugar, to be honest, when discussing cutting it out for dieting/weight loss purposes.

but if diet has no calories, which it doesn't....then that becomes a moot point
